How It Works
All monitoring runs through Studio B's API-first architecture — no agents, no VPN tunnels, no on-premises infrastructure.
- Connect — Read-only API credentials (Entra app registration or Google service account). Studio B never stores passwords or has interactive login access.
- Monitor — BullMQ workers check identity posture, email security, endpoint compliance, and license utilization on scheduled intervals. Results cached in Redis, alerts via Slack.
- Alert — Issues routed to Slack channels and HubSpot tickets. Severity-based escalation (4hr / 8hr / 24hr SLAs).
- Resolve — Common issues auto-resolved via MCP tools. Complex issues escalated with full context.
